Irvine Premier Soccer Club is very fortunate to have one of their professional trainers earn a USSF B license and three of their professional trainers earn their National D license. Congratulations to Lisa Hermen, Marcelo Aguirre, Lauren Hess and Tom Lancaster. Coach education is an important part of our philosophy. The licensing courses are a great way to develop your understanding of how to manage training sessions and optimize the time you have with your players. All of our coaches are actively involved in continuing professional education.
